Winnie & Walter: Merry Christmas

Hello! One more day to go until the Winnie & Walter October stamp release... WOOT! Julie & Shay totally outdid themselves this month... So many amazing goodies are being released! Today, my card features the new sets Happy Christmas, and the Big, the Bold, the Merry, plus Cutaways (DIES!). :)

To create my card, I started with a mint card base, and used the Classical Diagonal Stencil to add some darker mint stripes.  I then stamped the wreath image from Happy Christmas in stazon grey ink, and once it was dry, I watercolored the leaves.  While the wreath was drying, I stamped the bow from the set, and watercolored it as well.

Next, I stamped the doe in light gray ink, then fussy cut it out.  I used the Big, the Bold, the Merry dies to cut out part of my sentiment in silver glitter paper.  I stamped the remainder of my sentiment in red ink onto white CS.  Once the colored images were dry, I stamped the wreath with red berries, and fussy cut it out.  I then adhered the wreath the card front with pop dots before adhering the deer image.  The bow was then fussy cut before I adhered it to the wreath.  The white strip of CS was attached to the card base before adhering the glitter die cut.  To finish up, I covered the red berries and bow with stickles.

Want to be entered for your chance to win the goodies being showcased today? Head on over to the Winnie & Walter blog for details! :)

Have a great one!
